1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or file a claim. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only in the following circumstances:
- The item arrived damaged or broken
- The wrong item or an item with missing parts was received
- The order has not been delivered within 60 days of the shipping date (excluding cases where tracking confirms delivery)
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind or unmet expectations
- Incorrect size, color, or appearance dissatisfaction
- Items damaged due to customer use or mishandling
- Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Shipping delays caused by customs, couriers, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government actions)
3. Return Conditions
Accepted items must be:
- In the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags attached
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care and beauty products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards
5. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at atproducts2026@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Do not send items back without prior authorization — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
All claims must include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or a video demonstrating the issue (video required if photos are insufficient to confirm damage)
Claims submitted without adequate proof may be denied.
6. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders are processed immediately upon placement and cannot be modified or cancelled once submitted. Please review all order details carefully before completing checkout.
7. Refunds & Replacements
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, we will offer either:
- A replacement item (subject to availability), or
- A partial or full refund, at our discretion based on the nature of the issue
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at atproducts2026@gmail.com.
8. Return Shipping
If a return is approved, return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer. In some cases, a return shipment may not be required — we will advise you accordingly.
9. European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification, provided the item is in its original, unused condition with tags and original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
