1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Times

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier availability.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — any applicable promotions will be displayed at checkout.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment through our tracking page or the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


6. Delays & Disruptions

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, delays may occur due to:

  • High-demand periods (holidays, sales events)
  • Customs inspections
  • Natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or other events beyond our control

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances outside our control.


7. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or your building's mail area
  2. Contact your local post office or carrier
  3. Reach out to us at atproducts2026@gmail.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date

Note: We are unable to process claims for orders marked as delivered by the carrier.


8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at atproducts2026@gmail.com — we will do our best to update it before the order ships, but this cannot be guaranteed.
